Realtor in Fort Sask area

Hello Rein Members

Can anyone recommend a Realtor in Fort Saskatchewan,Sherwood Park area? They must know the area and know what kind of rents the properties would command.This would eliminate my guessing game on rents and not having the realtors tell me i can fetch vast amounts of money just so they can sell the property.

I would recommend Rex Adam. He is a realtor from Sherwood Park and knows the area very well. He is also married to the Mayor of Sherwood Park which helps because he knows what`s happening with the economy there, jobs, upgrader development etc. His phone number is 416-0737.

To get rent rates for the area you need to go on the rental websites such as Rentfaster, rentedmonton, homerent, rentboard etc.
