Hey! I am sorry if this is already posted somewhere, but i haven`t been able to find it. I am looking to purchase my first property in Edmonton, and was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for individuals to become assets as part of my team. I am looking for a mortgage broker/banker, and a property investment lawyer. I`m new to the whole process so if there are any other professionals you would recommend I would love the referral. I have had some referrals from friends, however they are coming from a purely first time home owner experience, and I really would like to start making connections now to be able to continue my real estate investing process in the near future. I am looking for referrals for individuals with vast previous real estate investment experience. Thanks!!!

I`ve been referring most of my clients to the Peter Kinch Team... specifically Peggy Wong. They`re not from Edmonton, but will be able to help you just as good. Their website is www.peterkinch.com or 1-866-988-8326.

In the meantime check out our website at www.edmontonrealestate.pro and request for me if you need any help.

If you are looking to expanding your network, and be amongst the Action Takers in Canada.

Come to a REIN™ workshop, and surround yourself with all the team members in one place.

If you would like to attend a meeting as a guest you can get some information by clicking this link here

As well you may or may not be interested in attending the Multi-Family workshop, in your backyard of Edmonton. I understand this may be a bit of an advanced program, if you are just getting started. This will be the best event I know of to surround yourself with the people owning properties. The majority of people attending this program will people who have already purchased single family homes and are looking to take their game up to the next level. If you want to learn how to invest in Real Estate, the best place to do that would be to surround yourself with people taking action, and people who are investing in Real Estate. The brain power at that event will be impressive.

There are already over 500 people currently registered for this event.

QUOTE (dcbennett @ Aug 10 2010, 07:41 PM) Thanks Lucas! Hey, do you specialize mainly in a particular area of the city?

Hi again,

I have worked in all quadrants of the city, including the "metro-cities" (ie. Spruce Grove, St. Albert, Sherwood Park). The bulk of my work has been in the NE and SW quadrants of the city b/c that is where REIN members have been the most active.

I grew up in the city so I am familiar with all parts of the city from a demographical and logistical perspective.
