Hello, Never bought in a condo before & in a hot building, is it all right to ask bldg. supervisor for referrals to vendors who might be selling soon? I"d give him my biz cards to give vendors my number? I have no realtor/bird dogs in the area. IS is also ok if I offer them a referral fee $500 maybe for any deals that go thru??
