I hope to revitalize this question as I am also looking for PM in Niagara Falls. I would also appreciate talking to anyone with tenants in Niagara falls to get an idea of the tenant profile and experienced vacancy rates (seasonal?) Thanks for your time.

I have a couple associates who invest in the Niagara area. They do student rentals which have excellent cash flow but no real appreciation. I will ask about a property manager for you, if they use one.

Thanks, it is aparent that low to no appreciation is a constant in Niagara. What concerns me more is that the jobs and therefore tenant demand is very seasonal. Experienced property management is therefore key. Would any of your asociates be willing to call me? 416-807-0579

Thanks, Eric

anybody I know out in that area does student rentals, from what I have gathered they either self manage or have family in the area that manages but targeting and managing student would be much different. Sorry I couldn't be of a little more help but they don't have the expertise in that area of management.
