refinance now or later?

Hello All,

I have a suited bungalow in Prince Rupert neighbourhood in NW Edmonton and its renewal is coming up by this year Nov. 2022. I am wondering is it good to refinance now or wait until close to Nov. month for better appraisal value.

Renew or refinance? I think your biggest concern is the loan you will get if you go the refinance route. Variable rates will most certainly be higher in November. If you are happy with the terms you are able to get today I would not wait until November.
