REIN Tours The Toronto Beaches - FINALLY!

FINALLY!

The Real Estate Investment Network (REIN) organized a bus tour with 5 bus loads of about 250 sophisticated investors. We visited some of Ontario`s Top Investment Towns. One of the area`s we visited happened to be The Toronto Beaches. Don R. Campbell, the President of REIN, explains why we toured this area in a video blog I filmed www.BeachInvesting.com. The purpose of this tour was to show investors the potential cash flow this area can actually offer, the massive development that is happening, and the solid economic fundamentals in this area.



I'd like to thank Don Campbell and the REIN team for organizing such a great event as it showed us and taught us a ton! Especially the people who already live in the area since we all have a preconceived view of the area.



I would love to hear the opinions of the people who attended and see what they learned on the bus tour.

HI Andrei, thanks for your good talk there on Bus # 3 - really interesting and your depth of knowledge of your niche was clear.



For me I think the thing I learned was the range of people interested in or active in RE investing and the kind of success they might be looking for. REIN seems to do a good job of dissuading people looking for fast money (those folks probably go to the Rich Dad courses). But I definitely realised that most of the folks at the multi-family course will start with a 3-4-5 plex and probably move slowly from there. Its a big jump to multi-family.

Thanks Tris! It was a blast! I really enjoyed sharing all my knowledge with you guys and I hope I provided a valuable perspective about the Toronto Beaches and it's surrounding area. It was quite amazing to hear about all the redevelopment happening and the ripple effect it will have on the surrounding area in the near future. This location is already a great place...just imagine the impact it's going to have in the near future! This place is going to be Rockin!
