Rent Increase Notice: Ontario

Hello,
How much notice do we give tenants legally that rent is increasing? if their one year lease is up in July 2009, should I send rent increase notice 2 months before actual increase which means I should have given it May 1, or 30 days?? thanks

90 days for notice of rental increase. Please make sure that you use the LTB form. http://www.ltb.gov.on.ca/en/index.html
