Hi,

For those that are after tenant buyers in Edmonton,

What's your average wait time to find such a buyer?

Also, would you leave your property vacant? I'm curious to see what the wait time would be

for a house that is around 450K on the southside (2-3 years old).

I guess I can always test the market.

$450K is definitely on the high side for RTO. I wouldn't be surprised at 6 months or so to find and qualify the right buyer. Much easier to show if it's vacant.
