Rent to Own Mortgage Brokers

Hello,
Looking for mortgage brokers in the Toronto area, that are involved with rent to owns, with a good track record who find tenant buyers and investment opportunities for investors.
Any input would be appreciated.

I have never had luck telling brokers that I was looking for funding for a RTO. I did this twice and was turned down.

Advise by agents at the big banks to claim they are rental properties. It is not a for sure thing that they will complete the deal.
