Rentcheck.....Anyone using?

Wondering if I'm the only one............

Tried to get into my Rentcheck acct 3 days ago. Kept questioning the IP address then locked me out. Account suspended

Sent email to support as it said to. Got an auto-response.....ticket created......usually reply within 2 hours.

No reply 2 days later. Cant access the link they gave to monitor the ticket

Emailed again-nothing

When you call their number almost every ext you tried starts with "if your account is suspended, have IP issues or trouble getting into your account email us" followed by a few rings then to voicemail. Makes me wonder if they have a system wide issue

Frustrating! and of course its when we have a couple potential tenants that check out great by application but now can't get the last piece

Used them on Monday with no issues.

I did have a technical issue last spring & I just called. I refuse to use email or chat to solve technical issues. I called & hung in there til I got someone on the line. Then just explained to them the situation and they put me thru to the right person.

I use Rentcheck and haven't had any problems.
