Repairs, Maintenance, Appliance Registry Form

Does anyone have a form to share on which you record make, model and serial numbers of the appliances in your rental property along with space to record servicing and replacement? Also, if anyone has a form on which they record general maintenance done on a property so as to have an ongoing record, please share. Maybe consider uploading to the Critical Forms area?



I seem to recall that Self-Counsel Press has a publication for Landlords that includes numerous forms. Perhaps someone has this package to share?
