Hello Rein Members,

I have recently finished reading The Secrets of the Canadian Real Estate Cycle. I am in the process of looking behind the curtain in regards to the City of Hamilton. Although I know it is one of the top places to invest in, I would just like to make sure myself which part of the cycle Hamilton currently resides in.

In the book, they have graphs for every key driver that affects the cycle in a 30year span. And they`re reference is either Statistics Canada and or TREB. I am having difficulties researching in StatsCan in giving me information on lets say for example Employment Levels in a 10 Year span. (If that makes any sense)

I was wondering if someone out there that can shed some light for me in where
can I efficiently research these key drivers more quickly.

Thank you in advance,

Aaron

StatsCan's website is tough to find the full data you're looking for - it's there usually but it takes some time. Some types of data you'll have to pay for.
