Risks of renting

What are the risks of renting out to someone who may be declaring bankruptcy in the next 6 months?

Would you still be covered if the person had a co-applicant sign?

It shouldn`t effect you. Bankrupt people need homes too. In fact they will have more disposable income once they file as they won`t have any bill`s.
