What would be the safest exit strategy in BC(in terms of default by tenant/buyer or AFS buyer)?
In Ontario it takes about 2 months to get the buyer out If you sell by AFS.
How would that work in BC?

Thanks!

3 months notice PLUS pay one month to tenant .. but only if you have a reason, say major property upgrade or move in yourself ! And that is if he/she doesn`t object and files an objection with rentals man !

Better to offer a cash incentive higher than that and a 2nd property to move into !
