Opinions aside, several Members have done well investing in Saskatoon. But always remember, if that's a market you are considering investing in, make certain you get anchored in the economic fundamentals of the province, city and ultimately any neighborhood you consider.

Base your decisions on the future for Saskatoon by considering GDP, upside for job growth, in-migration, transportation changes etc

Define your target tenant profile, and have a plan for your exit strategy.
