Searching for Barrie Real Estate Agent Property Manager

Hi All,
We are starting our first steps in researching the south end of Barrie, Alliston and Angus triangle. Has anyone dealt with a proven Real Estate agent in this area(s)? Also will be looking for Property management company that services the area.

This will be a great goal to bring to the upcoming Toronto REIN Workshop on May 6th. There will be about 400 of your fellow Members there, many of whom with experience in the Simcoe Shores area.
