I am an ex-Rein member from a couple years ago. Recently my tenants have given me the notice to leave and I am considering selling an older 2-bedroom apartment style condo by Clareview LRT area. This particular condo has been under-performing and I am debating if I want to keep renting it out or just sell it and be done with it. This property has been generating $50 a month cash flow + mortgage payment down. While it is on the positive side, I do want to balance my portfolio of 4 properties in Edmonton.
I would like to get some evaluation of my condo and see if it is worth cutting the loss (the condo was purchased back i summer of 2008 right before the financial crisis melt-down).
