Looking for feedback please!
I have someone interested in a short term lease in fort Mc Murray. Assuming it was for august 1st to October 31st, what would a be a reasonable increase in rent keeping in mind that moving in on the 1st of November may not be the ideal time in that part of the country. This potential tenant is willing to pay more for the short term stay. Rent is currently posted at $5,500 + for a 5 bedroom , 3 bath + double garage. I was thinking at least an extra`s month rent for a total of $7,300 a month for 3 months with the option to renew 30 days prior to the end of the 3 month term for $5,500+ with a potential credit for the first 3 months at the END of the 2 terms. Any comments are appreciated.
