Does anyone have a software they really enjoy using for managing suites. Integration with accounting would be ideal.

I am currently tryout http://www.123landlord.com/
web-based which offers features that are useful for my business (beside lease management + accounting tracking with some CRM and shared document repository). It allows me to have several users (bookkeeper, other property managers and JVs) with role-based security to see live and report on each property.
I have several JVs in place each with own portfolio so I have configured it accordingly so each JV has an account to access information about its own portfolio. You can control what each user can see and do. (I.e JV/Bookkeeper does not see tenants details only accounting/property info)
