Philip I just wanted to say I thoroughly enjoyed the book. I think this is a must read for anybody involved or wanting to be involved in real estate investing. This is not just a guide to Canadian`s buying property in the US but a guide to buying properties. The lessons shared in the book should be constantly on your mind whether you are purchasing property number 1 or 100.

I only had a chance to browse through this book at Chapters. I saw references to Florida, Arizona, and California (I think). I know there are opportunities to buy just across the border in Rochester, Buffolo, Niagara Falls, etc. at Tax Auctions. Does the book talk about that at all?
