Staging Costs

I have just been quoted $3,500 for staging plus $1,500 per additional month. Its a 2 bed apartment in Vancouver, 900sqft.

Is this a reasonable cost ?

concur. We paid the same to stage our home in Edmonton and we had 8 offers the first day.

I could be mistaken, but I believe staging costs in Edmonton are upwards of 1% of the list price. And worth every penny in most cases because results like Cory's are common.
