Does anyone have a good system for organizing potential purchases--numbers, email responses, etc? I`m looking at 3 cities for the best cashflow/appreciation & getting dizzy - I have 1 email folder for each city but when ur looking at MLS, + private kijiji listings how do u avoid looking closely at something that you`ve already disqualified or avoid missing the good deals (besides writing listing no. physically & holding them on hand while browsing at the computer) -- or how do u keep organized rankings -- a top buy, average or 2nd choice, maybe, etc. -who you`re waiting on to respond, or who`s responded & to what listing, etc.? thx DO I REALLY NEED A BUYER`S AGENT when I might save off purchase price by just going direct to vendor`s agents?
