Tenant Application Form

I am advertising a rental suite in my home and have had a number of inquiries.

I would like to check references, former landlords and employers etc, etc.
I`m wondering if there is a generic form/application that I can get interested people to fill out ?prior to showing them the suite. Kind of like a screening process.

I already have a tenancy agreement for when I choose the right tenenat.

You can simply do a google search for "blank tenant application forms" and you will get hundreds of samples. You can either use 1 as a guide to making your own or purchase one that fits your needs. Also, some office supply stores have generic ones you can purchase.

I have made up my own that I use which emphasizes on particular areas.

Another good idea would be to go to your local Staples. They sell rental application forms that fall into provincial regulations.
