Thank You Ideas

Any ideas for ways to thank brokers/tenants/lawyers/etc? We just finished a deal that netted $10K, and was not just a straight forward deal, there was some creativity involved and the broker and lawyers really worked for their money. Here are a few ideas I`ve used in the past and I`m looking for some other ideas that may work.

-Thank you cards
-movie tickets
-flowers
-coffee/donuts


Any other creative ideas out there?

Take the whole TEAM out for a good dinner and celebrate. It always works!

make it rain!!!! haha just kidding, I think the team dinner idea is really good idea, or if you want something recreational you can organize a BBQ
