I just wanted to take a moment express my sincere thanks to Don for his inspiration regarding the creation of what I call the "DSTB" Don`s sophisticated tribunal binder during my last two court appearances before the tribunal I was fortunate enough to have them rule in my favour. I credit this success to the "DSTB".

Hi Kimberly,

Basically, the DSTB is my extrapolation of the sophisticated investor`s binder.

I created it out of a need to present my evidence at the LTB in a very clear, organized and easy to follow manner. So that when I am ask to give evidence I hand the adjudicator the DSTB and let them draw their own conclusions.
