Thread will not open part 2

I just posted in the technical support and now that thread is doing the same thing as I discuss there. I am not able to open it. Safari just shows a bad strike message? So I’m getting locked out of all my threads some how? There is a good chance I can’t view your response so if you can message me hopefully I will be able to view it.

I fixed it. You used a ? and our site doesn't like symbols. I fixed it so you can open now.
