Hello fellow landlords in Surrey/Langley Bc and wider area
ISO housing for a Dutch emigrant family 49/46 with boy/girl 8 & 6 and a family friendly dog around 50 lbs
Employment verification and letter of good-standing from financial institutions available upon request.
Very clean and reliable family, non smoking that will respect your property.
Arriving somewhere end of February 2021 and looking for 2 or 3 bed apartment/condo/townhouse or anything that would fit in their budget for around $2000 a month or somewhere around that budget.
Starting March 1, 15 or April 1 and willing to sign a 1 yr lease.
Also of interest would be furnished accommodation on a month to month basis, like a holiday home or Airbnb due to first 2 weeks required quarantine
