Hey Everyone,

I decided to go out into the field and get some great unbiased information from local experts as to why investing in Kitchener-Waterloo is a great place to put your money. Click HERE to watch the video. It's a must watch and is less than 5 minutes. Enjoy!

What about the huge Ontario deficit, the rising electricity rates, the huge pressure on labour costs in a worldwide car industry, the price pressure on BlackBerry and the too tenant friendly Ontario landlord-tenant act ?

What about all the investors who have made a ton of money in Ontario and continue to rent to quality tenants in quality areas? Not everyone wants or has to fly over to Alberta to invest. That's actually a HUGE reason behind me making this video and planting it on REIN. A lot of members are sick of hearing about Alberta, Alberta, Alberta and want to hear about some good things happening in their own backyard. Both markets are great places to invest, this video and content is for the people who want to specialize HERE in Ontario. Thanks!

Did I watch the same video ? I see no real content here. I see a marketing video that KWC is great.

It is probably a better area with more upside than GTA, perhaps the best even in Ontario, but I would love to see a lot more stats/facts, such as unemployment trends, job creation, new projects, average price of house prices or duplexes or townhouses, rent levels, vacancies, house affordability, % of graduates with jobs a year after graduation etc. ...

And perhaps some arguments why the factors I listed earlier (excessive debt, elecricity rates, cost pressures, ..) are not that serious ...

A dissapointing video

It lacks Adam Hoffman and/or Hoffaco Property Management content

Other than that, good job!

Haha, Adam, I was actually going to ask you to be a part of the video. I would love to do a separate video with you and get your thoughts on the rental license in Waterloo and how that affects your business and portfolio. Let me know if that's something you would want to do!

Thomas, I get what you're saying. I actually just wrote a blog today and expanded on the reasons of what makes this area a great place to invest which you can find HERE with some of the facts you stated. All good constructive criticism for the next video and blog!

Sounds good - as long as you are OK with my answers being disconnected from the questions asked - phone me to arrange the time the film crew will come to my house
