Toronto property management referral

Hey guys I have a potential JV partner that has a property on Yonge and Lawrence in Toronto.

It would help me out a lot if I could network her with a solid, reputable manager for this property. She only owns this one and she doesn`t need a huge company or anything.

Property is already rented to a good tenant so all that would be needed is collecting rents and good monthly statements.

Try www.Lanlord.net Landlord Property and Rental management.

They manage smaller stuff from 1 - 4 units which is rare in Toronto. I know some REIN members are using them currently as well.

I would like to introduce myself. My name is Mira Jehn and I am a R.E.I.N. member of the past two years. I currently own 5 properties across Ontario and one in North Miami Florida so Real Estate Investing is of some knowledge to me.

I manage my own properties and enjoy doing so. My strengths in Real Estate also seem to lean toward property management as I enjoy putting the wheels into motion so that Real Estate issues are handled in a timely and effective manner both for the owner/landlord as well as the tenant.

All my experience is `hands on` and I have an excellent network of people for referals for home issues at any given time ... ie. reasonable handyman, owner of furnace & air conditioning firm, etc. I also have grown up in a European family who aside from hard work also dabbled in Real Estate ventures and instilled great ethics into my mindset around it.

I am not saying they are the best company but they do have a team that looks after a couple of hundred units in Toronto.
