Triplex conversion - good designer in GTA?

I`m in the midst of converting a single family home into a 2 or 3 family home. I`m preparing my submission for a building permit for change of use, including the required drawings showing the conversion plan, etc. but I need help understanding the finer points of the code requirements for this type of conversion with respect to exits, fire seperations, room heights, etc.

Can anyone recommend a good BCIN registered designer in Hamilton or the GTA that might be familiar with this type of project?
