Here's a good tip when using colour when staging:




Using the 60-30-10 rule: 60% dominant colour, 30% secondary colour and 10% accent colour

Before I knew about this, a lot of the painting of the units were just the same 'blah' colour.



Now with the accent walls and highlight of secondary shades, it has so much more impact.



I think we are now moving into the extra 20% for our units!!!
