Vancouver city councile approved a motion to allow single family house owners to build second house on the back alley portion of their lots in certain conditions. Will this affect whether vancouver houses can be cashflow investments, or are they too expensive even with this change? It seems adding another rentable dwelling on the same lot could certainly help.
