Want to know the rent of an Edmonton Townhouse?

Sean asked CHMC for some information about the average rents for townhouses and to my astonishment, they responded right back. CHMC just went up a notch on my opinion ladder.

I`ve made the numbers into a motion chart because that`s what I do. (Play with interesting ways to present data, not just mess around on my computer all day).

Here you go, a chart of Edmonton average townhouse rents. You can also view the original data and copy/paste or clone it for your own uses.


Is there a nice Realtor out there who would pull the average townhouse prices from the same time frame?

I love these charts. They`re a great way to display a whole lot of variables over time. I actually use them almost every day at work.
