If you can put together quality, cashflowing agreement for sale or seller financed deals in Edmonton, then read on....
We`re looking to working with you if you have a track record of putting deals together, currently own the property you think is a prospect or have it under contract with at least 30 days remaining. If you are a Realtor with experience, please send us an email.
We will pay you a flat cash `fee` between $2000 to $5000 for every deal closed. For Realtors, commission based is fine.

- We are on buying mode again and looking for properties that cash flow after ALL expenses (PIT, insurance, PM, vacancy, repair, etc.).
- Residential property type: smaller multi-family, suited bungalows, houses, 1/2 duplex and Town Houses with condo fees under $150 and strong reserve funds.
- Deals will require a minimum 2 year agreement for sale and/or seller carried first mortgage - rates under 5% Quality areas (not in zones: 6, 9, 13, 23, etc.)
