WANTED: Great Collingwood Real Estate Agent

Hi All,
I`ve searched my Rein space but couldn`t find any reference to good real estate agents in Collingwood, Ontario.
My sister has a cottage/chalet right at Georgian Peaks and wants to sell. She has so far not had much luck finding a savy agent.
Can anyone help?
