hello all,
partciularily realtors in the afore mentioned area. here is an email from a possible rent to own client. She claims she will get financing for 185K, which if she does removes her as a RTO possibility.
her email to me reads:
Hi Donal. Can you let me know if there are any properties in the New Westminster, Delta or Burnaby area in the $150,000 to $180,000 price range. I am looking for a condo or townhouse with at least 800 square feet. Please let me know if there is anything available. I`m still waiting to hear from my Bank.
To be honest, spend little time on this, i cannot guarentee that she will get qualified, but if a realtor is interested in working with this lady in this area, and she does get qualified for this amount;
a. is there a suitable property in the area for her for this price?
