What is happening in the Edmonton job market?

We have been advertising for a property custodian for several days, with absolutely no replies to our ads. That could mean one of several things:

1) We need to review our ad, which we are doing;
2) There are more jobs than people again;
3) We need to change where we are advertising, primarily Craigslist & Kijiji.

Here is a copy of the current ad.

Can those of you who are familiar with the Edmonton job market comment?

I`m not too familiar with the Edmonton job market, but I`d add in an explanation of what this:

"EMINATA+ Group/Schej Realty’s Taylor property and facility in Edmonton"

is, exactly. If its apartments, or office buildings, or whatever, just say that.
