What to look for in an Accountant

I am currently shopping around for a new accountant…One that will give me the proper guidance to help structure my business and to save money. Someone experienced in the Real Estate Accounting. Currently I feel I am not getting the property service I need to grow my business. Could some please share your thoughts on what should I look for? What are the measure I should take and questions I should ask in determining the right one?

simply change your expectations. a good accountant will confirm: focus on increasing your income, not reducing taxes and you`ll do well even with an average accountant.
