Whats the average time from a deposit for inspections?

so I’m thinking about tying up a building with a deposit on an offer but I want some time to go through it with my team to make sure everything is on the up and up so how long is the normal amount of time to stipulate for this stage of the process before I can give my definitive go or no go on the property?

One month for DD ( due diligence ) and one more for financing is normal. Then close a month later. DD takes longer if more external reports have to be ordered, if seller withholds vital documents like financials or if major work is required that has to be spaced out.
