What's the signifigance of "17"?

17 properties refers to acquiring 17 properties in the first 3 years (3 in the first year, 5 in the second and 9 in the third). This is a general guideline for members to follow but we understand that everyone has their individual reasons and timeline for investing in real estate so this may look different for each individual.
The 17 month commitment for membership is really around the path of the investor, immersing yourself in and getting the most out of your membership. This is the time it takes to get grounded in the first 90 days [see 90 Day Checklist in your Member Back Office], then continue to educate yourself, build relationships, engage your Member community and support network, utilize the coaching, get to know what you don’t know (or don’t need to know), consult with mortgage brokers, lawyers, realtors, and build your dream team for your business of real estate investing.
