YEAH! Finally received Cash From Hamilton !

This is a monumental day ! I received my second check from Hamilton today from my multi's. After 12 months of writing checks and negative cash flow I made a change to a new property management team. I had been ready to sell everything and give up on this challenging market. And, after 2 months with the new team I have received checks instead of sending them and a proper Summary on time for both months. I wish I had made the move much sooner ! Thanks Jeff and team at Cornerstone for helping me out and making me think about more properties in the H!.

This is a good lesson for all of us. Keep on top of your property manager. If things aren't going well, either work together to solve the problem or find another manager. Sometimes we tend to hang on too long, working to change the situation when we should be giving the manager a shorter leash and letting them go sooner.
