Carrie Koch ` Carrie is a Real Estate Investor located in Barrie, ON. Using a variety of creative financing techniques she has built a real estate portfolio with minimal capital investment. Carrie is also the owner of Nice Guy Properties Inc., a Property Management Company based in Simcoe County, operating on the proven principles she has applied to her own tenants and income properties.
Kevin Boughen - Kevin is a Licensed Mortgage Broker and active real estate investor. He acquired his Mortgage Broker license in 1999 and his mortgage business is now entirely focused on assisting real estate investors achieve their real estate investment goals through careful mortgage planning. Kevin consistently places in the Top 1% of Canada`s over 2000 Dominion Lending Centres mortgage professionals.
