I do not make it a practice to respond to a complaint online if from a tenant or a landlord, but we represented Mrs Cooke for over 7 years. Regrettably we had to advise Mrs. Cooke that we were suggesting she take her property back and self manage as she had advised us she had recently had a personal situation that resulted in her not being able to make any repairs to her unit. Yes there was an eviction with damage to the unit that required repairs and this was regrettable, but unfortunately is a rare variety. Any property manager will advise you that we can only do our job if we have the support of our landlord. We do manage over 700 rental units and the vast majority of our landlords and tenants are very happy with the results. But yes, we do screen applications, and we do have to do evictions, and this can result in some unfavorable responses online by tenants.
