Look up "Property Evaluator". It's on iTunes but I believe for iPad and iPhone only. It takes a while to sort through the output but it contains everything you need. Just be careful not to adjust parameters to make an investment look better than it is. We love it. Mark

There are a lot of variables to this question. I certainly haven't compared all the offerings but have found that the Scotia STEP plan has been beneficial. It allows 3 mortgages under one umbrella. As one mortgage is paid down the equity becomes available for another investment. Mark

I use LibreOffice. Its a free Office Suite for Mac which includes an Excel compatible spreadsheet. I use one Excel file per property to keep track of all the monthly expenses and revenue. For basic accounting it's all I need and my accountant seems to like it. Mark
