2 bedrooms under $250k

I've been tired of renting an looking to buy a cheap home with few bedrooms (I know it's not possible haha)

I saw this article here
Those seem cheap. I mean less than 200k with 2 bedrooms....
any down side about those units?

Also, there's "mobile home"? how could a "single detech" home be that cheap???

Hello Jason,
I have experience with Mobile Homes, as I used to own one. You do not own the land in most cases. You are renting your pad. This is why they seem cheap.
