There are several very easy ways to shut down, and prevent this from happening.

Given that it's been many months and REIN hasn't even updated the blocking features (linking app and website) I doubt it will happen soon. Though I do hope the above idiot spamming actually spurs some action as I could've had it (linking site & app blocking) done in 24hrs ( add to that iTunes has roughly a 4-5 day approval timeline once updates are submitted)
