Biography tips and examples for binder

I'm working on my sophisticated investors binder, and I was hoping you guys could give me some tips and examples for writing my biography for it. Any other tips for the Binder are welcome as well. (I am using real estate investing in Canada 2.0 as my guide)

Keep it short. The real pitch is the numbers.

Only include items demonstrating your expertise or aptitude for investing. No one cares if you like dogs or have a fancy for knitting. They may care if you have a degree in business or accounting, or have 5 years of experience in the construction industry.

Probably a waste of time. Numbers more important.

What makes an investor "sophisticated" is experience not a binder or a business card.
