Need a Property Manager in Calgary

I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for a property manager in Calgary. I manage most of ours on my own but we have two suited bungalows that are a bit more work so I'd prefer to have it handled by someone else. We have been with one of the better known companies for about the last 2 years but their service has declined significantly over the last 6 months and are not going a good job. I'd prefer not to but I need to replace them.

I have just started up my own property management firm New Leaf Properties and would love to talk to you about this.

I have been a licensed property manager for over 25 years and managed everything from single family homes to 500+ unit apartment buildings. I hold a Accredited Residential Manager designation and I owned and led a property management company that grew to be the largest private residential property management company in Newfoundland. I moved to Calgary in 2010 and worked for progressively larger corporations as regional property manager managing portfolios in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia.
