I have a raised bungalow in Saskatoon that I`m thinking of selling.
It includes a legal basement apartment and in total i`m generating $2025 rent per month from good tenants.
If you as an investor were approached by myself, how much would this house be worth to you?
lets say house was in good condition. I just wanna know what this cashflow would be worth to each individual.
