What Makes A Good Real Estate Online Course? Seeking Your Input

Hi everyone, I am putting together an online course and seeking feedback from those who have taken REI courses online and are willing to share the name of them and how they've positively impacted your journey. If you can please elaborate on what made the course valuable and how the content was delivered and which medium/platform it was delivered on. Was the course a combination of online and personal (mentorship) or strictly done online and done without coaching?

If you can please also provide input on what type of courses you would find valuable it is also very appreciated. Your input is greatly appreciated.
